Man do I love a kitchen gadget. I see them all and think I must have them. Often, though, I get it and it doesn't do what it says or it is cheap and breaks easily. That IS NOT THE CASE for this item. In fact, I like this Mango Corer much better than the one I recently got from a home kitchen gadget party company who's was twice the price. This one cuts like butter and goes around the "stone" in the mango perfectly each time. It comes with the directions on the package but you can see this on the video I am uploading, I wanted to add a bit of advice. Take a knife and cut the fat end of the mango off just so it is square and it is so much easier to use because you aren't trying to balance it on a round surface while cutting it. This truly cuts so easily my granddaughter who is 8 can easily do it. I LOVE mangos and when we finally get some good ones in around here, I will be using this thing every day!
