I am always low on energy, be it when I first wake up or when I drag myself to bed at a night. I am always on the lookout for something to help with that that isn't coffee since too much coffee hurts my stomach. I ordered these Briskbars and anxiously awaited their arrival. They came quickly and were packaged safely. These bars are a little smaller than one is used to for a supplement bar (4 x 1.5), but they pack a punch. The first bite I took I thought I was not going to like the taste of these. These are not a sweet candy bar like bar. They are a dense rich bar that has a slightly bitter aftertaste. I found that the longer I chewed each bite the sweeter it tasted to me. About half way through I found that I like the taste a lot. If you like coconut and dark chocolate you should like this. This did seem to give me a burst of energy. I received this for free or at a discount in exchange for an honest review.
