I just got mine Wednesday and I used it tonight for the first time and I absolutely LOVE it. I made a video and took pics so you can see my experience with it. I have a flat top electric stove and any pan I have used in the past, just will not cook evenly. If I make say grilled cheese one gets done and the other doesn't til I switch their sides in the pan. So this is what caught my eye about this pan. It said it cooks evenly and it definitely did that. I put two pounds of frozen hamburger in the pan and placed the lid on it and waited. Not only did the meat cook through much faster than I other pans, when I flipped the 1 pound pieces, they were both browned the same. For me, that was a wonderful thing to see!!!!
