I have aspirations of baking pies this fall. I have never done it before but I am moving to a place that I will have fruit trees so ...pie. I ordered this to help motivate me to make pie crust in the fall but I have found I like to use it when making homemade pizza crust too. I love how this mat actually seems to stick to the countertop in my kitchen so it doesn't slide around at all when rolling out the dough for pizza. This is a very thin silicone and it has a lot of great info printed on it. The dough does not stick to this at all and it cleans up SO easily. It is dishwasher safe but I only needed to wipe this with a wet cloth and it was as good as new. This only takes up very little space in my cabinet too which is nice when cabinet space is hard to find. Very happy with this purchase! I received this at a discount in exchange for an honest review.
