Ozeri Ceramic Frying Pan Review-------- I have wanted to try a ceramic frying pan ever since I saw that late night infomercial on TV. I was excited when given the chance to review this! When it arrived I was pleased with it before I even used it. When I opened the box the first thing that struck me was the bright lime finish. My favorite color! The pan was heavier than I expected (which is a good thing) it has a nice heft and it is well balanced. It is a nice depth too, not a shallow pan like some others of this size. The handle on this while being plastic is still a nice heavy weight, it doesn't feel cheap at all. I was excited to be able to cook with it! I have used this now 2 times. Each time I have been pleased with it. The first thing I did was to follow the directions and season the pan with just a small amount of oil. My first run with this was over easy eggs. These cooked up beautifully and literally just slipped out of my pan. I was able to just wipe this out with a damp towel and it was good to go. The second round was hamburgers made with very lean meat. Again, nothing stuck to this pan at all. The burgers fried up and browned nicely. Quick easy wash and it was back to new again.
